Hello there! Areas of Expertise

Typically supporting organizations that operate within Early Childhood Education, Mental Health in a community or Public School setting, FQHC’s, and INGO’s, see the below areas of technical assistance and services that I offer:

  • Morganne has worked collaboratively with organizations like Easter Seals Blake foundation, Winchester Heights Health Organization (run by and for migrant farm workers), State Departments of Education, and scrappy NGO’s to write strong grant applications for a variety of funders. She has also managed SAMHSA grants once they are awarded.

  • Morganne previously worked as the SME for a USAID funded program that aimed to build M&E capacity of implementing partners food and nutrition sector. In this role she authored courses for Key Performance Indicators and Target Setting designed with specific relevance to common barriers found in the Food Security and Nutrition sector. These high level ideas apply to smaller, localized funders as well. Choosing indicators for ongoing performance monitoring helps you track your own progress and course correct if needed.

  • Morganne has the most experience evaluating the effectiveness of intersectional public health, community health, and psychosocial/mental health intervention programs that serve primarily under-resourced women and children. She has done this work both on a local and international scale. If that doesn’t describe your program, you should still book a call to explore working together!

  • Early in her career as a Child Life Specialist, and during her first international experience during graduate school, Morganne discovered that she most enjoys working with Refugee, Immigrant, and Migrant populations. She has worked in South America, Latin America and Europe, implementing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed programming in the midst of migration crises. If your program emphasizes providing support to this special population, let’s collaborate.
